AIS Screen Care is a screen replacement membership program that provides the following services for your enrolled device during the service period. You are entitled to two (2) service requests within a rolling twelve (12) months period from your subscription date.
  • Screen Replacements service for front screen of your device only
  • Complimentary device services such as phone cleaning, software upgrade with full device diagnostics*
*subject to device model availability & provided on a best effort basis
Any AIS postpaid or prepaid customer older than 3 months subscription with a new or aged devices above 30 days old but less than 2 years from launch, purchased from AIS or non-AIS channels can subscribe to the program.
No, the full monthly fee applies based on your sign-up date, regardless of your bill cycle.
You may request for a service anytime through the Bolttech Service Portal https://ais-screencare.bolttech.co.th/th/en/service (24/7) or contact Bolttech by LINE Chat @AISScreenCare (9.00AM to 8.00PM, daily). Just make sure your subscription is active!
You can request up to 2 screen replacement within any 12-month continuous subscription from your subscription start date.
Bolttech will manage the device pick-up and delivery for you.
Yes, there will be a 90-days warranty for defects. Warranty starts the day you receive the device.
